Everything you may want to know before we start.
Coaching is a partnership focused on where you are now and where you want to go next. Rather than analyzing the past, we work on the mindset, emotional capacity, and behavior that help you move forward with clarity.
Therapy often focuses on healing and understanding the past. Coaching is forward-looking — it's for people who are already functioning well and want to grow into the next version of themselves.
We figure that out together on our discovery call. A Clarity Session may be enough for a focused reset; a longer coaching arc gives us time to create lasting change through a bigger transition.
Yes. Confidentiality is one of the core principles of my coaching practice. You can read more about confidentiality and the principles that guide our work in My Approach.
Yes — I partner with organizations through 1:1 coaching of their key leaders. If you're exploring this for your team, let's start with a conversation.
Our first session is the discovery call — a relaxed conversation to understand what's bringing you here, answer your questions, and see if we're the right fit.
Most 1:1 coaching clients meet weekly, which gives enough space between sessions to practice and reflect without losing momentum.
You can end our coaching agreement at any time by giving 48 hours' notice. If you have paid for a coaching package in advance, you will receive a refund for any unused sessions.
Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.
